In The past 50 years the general rise in obesity that has
been occurring in the US is now occurring globally. Women have higher obesity
rates than men in the US .Increase in prevalence of obesity in children and
adolescents as these groups will continue to contribute to a rising obesity
rate in adults for several decades afterward.
As important as finding solutions that address the global
logistical and financial challenges facing health-care systems attempting to
meet current demands of obesity-related co-morbidities will be finding
innovative solutions that prevent further weight gain within developing (and
developed) countries

Regular Exercise
Daily regular exercise is essential
for human body . It can be in the form of biking, swimming, jogging, or
weight-lifting.
Yogasanas
1. Surya Namaskar : [ sun salutation ] to maintain good metabolism.
2. Tadasana :
[Mountain pose ]should be used to correct the body
posture.
3. Bhujangasana: [cobra pose] is helpful to tone the organs in the
lower abdomen.
4. Dhanurasana : [bow pose] helps to reduce abdominal fat.
