Temporary skin disorder
There are many temporary skin condition exists, including: contact Dermatitis, keratosis pilaris.
Contact Dermatitis: It is most common occupational illness. It is a red itchy rash caused by direct contact with the allergic reaction to it.
Keratosis pilaris: It is a minor condition that causes small bumps on the skin. These bumps are usually form on the upper arms thighs or chick.
Permanent skin disorder
Permanent skin disorder is a chronic skin condition is present from the birth. It includes some chronic skin condition. Example: Rosacea, Psoriasis, Vitiligo  
Symptoms of skin disorder
Symptoms of skin disorder includes: Raised bumps that are red or white.  A rash, which might be painful or itchy.  Scaly or rough skin. Peeling skin. Ulcers.
 Dry, cracked skin. Discolored patches of skin. Fleshy bumps, warts, or other skin growths. Changes in mole color or size.  A loss of skin pigment. Excessive flushing.
